June Swap Quilt – Neutral Remix

We are swapping neutrals in class this week. 2 fabrics, twenty 10″ squares of each making up 20 swap sets of 2 different 10″ squares…and the fabrics should read beige (1) and tan (1). The suggested quilt pattern for these squares is Remix… PDF linked below.Remix Swap Quilt June 2013

These Swap quilts are always fun to make.  So many different fabrics come together to make a wonderful palette.  Even though the fabrics for this swap are “Boring Old Neutrals,”  the quilt is going to sing in a beautiful, harmonious voice.  Throwing in a rich Brown and a vibrant Gold bring in the high and low notes to complement the neutrals, making the whole composition soar!

The pattern is linked below, along with extra instructions on setting the blocks with sashing and cornerstones.
