September Pillow… Lozenges!

Bonnie Hunter popularized these lozenges last year when she suggested making some of these simple snowballed blocks each month through the year as leaders and enders for your other sewing projects. I’m still working on that quilt (I have about 100 lozenges in a larger size).

I thought we’d do smaller lozenges for our September Pillow (Yes, I know it’s now November!) and I was thrilled I could get the math to work out nicely!
Only 16 lozenges (from 3″ x 5″ cut rectangles) are needed for this pillow. I raided my stash of Charm Packs and threw in a couple of zingers from my stash. The result is scrappy but coordinated for fall. I love it. Check out those star points that pop out!  Fun!
