Quilters Alphabet: Yummy Yellow YoYos

This is a FUN block! Fusible YoYos! Who knew!

We’ll do the YoYos a bit differently, adding a bit of fusible to hold them in place while we stitch them to the block.
Start with a circle of fusible (paper backed fusible web) and a larger circle of yellow fabric. Fuse PBFW dot to the center RIGHT side of fabric. Turn over the edge of the fabric circle with a double thread and a long gathering stitch to make yoyo. Flatten into a circle. Make 7- 6@ 2 1/2″, 1@ 3 1/2″ circles of different yellows and 3/4″ to 1 1/4″ of PBFW circles respectively.
Remove paper and iron in place on block. Stitch around edges by hand or machine with matching thread. Yummy Yellow YoYos! Yahoo!
