Our March Pillow: Vintage Dresden
This post continues our monthly pillow series. For March I dug out some vintage scraps and made little Dresden fans to place in the opposite corners of our pillow. It’s funny to me how these vintage pieces look a bit modern…
Some straight line quilting and a bit of (hand) appliqué make for a lovely Spring pillow that is both traditional and modern! And don’t worry if you don’t have any vintage scraps. Use reproduction fabrics, use current fabrics or use whatever you have on hand to make these cute little fans.

Recently TLC Guild member JoAnne shared her LOGS! quilt she made in my Yorba Linda class. Isn’t it wonderful in neutrals? JoAnne left off the applique and it isn’t even missed! And the LOGS! pattern is now available on my Craftsy site too!
