Adorable Tea Towel Purse On Craftsy
I don’t know why I love working with Tea Towels. Maybe it’s their texture… Just a bit different from quilting fabric. Maybe it’s their different sorts of prints. Or the challenge of finding something to make with a limited amount of fabric….
But what I do know is… This purse makes up so cute! And it’s quick and easy! And I love having the big button! It just finishes the purse off!
Now, Tea Towels generally measure about 20″ by 28″ and this pattern doesn’t use the whole width, so, of course, this purse could be made from your stash of fabric… just substitute a half yard of fabric for each tea towel (you need two towels or two half yards for each purse)
So with just Two Tea Towels and/or a bit of fabric and one 99 cent pattern, you can whip up this purse in time for the holidays! Imagine it out of a Christmas Tea Towel… Or A Spring Towel… Or, Well, you get it!
